Abstract

Measurement of vibration signals were conducted in accelerating and constant velocitytravelling conditions. By using time domain, frequency domain and 3D spectral array methods, the vibration acceleration of passenger's seat, power assembly and suspension, the NVH characteristics of the pure electric buswere analyzed. On the one hand, we find that the vibration level of passenger's seatincrease linearly with the travelling speeds. On the other hand, because of the poor isolation rate of the power assembly mount and the chassis suspension, the vibration acceleration on the passengers' seatsare very great and affecting the passengers' comfort. Theseexperimental results willgive help to further study of the NVH characteristic of the pure electricalbus.
