Abstract

regularity of fragments dispersion of the warhead under asymmetrical multi-spots initiation is studied. In regard to the cylindrical warhead of a certain structure, the experiment to investigate the radial distribution of the initial velocities and the fragment number is carried out. By means of analyzing the experimental results, some understandings of the regularity are obtained. The research result shows that both the fragment initial velocity and the fragment number in a certain direction are greater than those in others-directions under asymmetrical multi-spots initiation.
