Experimental Investigation of the Accumulator Gas Generator

Abstract

Piston accumulator is applied to hydraulic control system, and its power source is the gas generator with propellant as main charge. In this paper, the effect of structural parameter of gas generator on the relationship between the delivery pressure and the working time (P-t curve) of accumulator is studied experimentally. Based on the studies, some results to guide the design of gas generator are obtained.
