Abstract

In this article, the consensus control issue of homogeneous multi-agent systems is studied. To reduce the negative effects brought out by random communication constraints, an event-triggered distributed predictive consensus control strategy is proposed. Within the proposed strategy, the event-triggered mechanism is designed to reduce the consumption of network resources. Additionally, the stability and consensus conditions of closed-loop MASs are formulated. Finally, the validity of the presented strategy is demonstrated by simulation results.
