Abstract

A micromachined mirror to enhance the transverse scanning performance of endoscopic optical coherence tomography (EOCT) is presented. The scanning angle of the mirror can be up to 37°. The EOCT can image an area to 4.2 × 2.8 mm2 at 5 frames/s. The results demonstrate its potential for in vivo imaging diagnosis.
