Abstract
The dynamic service provisioning of AR request in EONs is studied in this paper. A notion named Degree of Spectrum-Time Fragmentation (DSTF) is introduced, which describes the fragmentation disorder degree of two dimension resource matrix. Then the service provisioning algorithm based on DSTF is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm reduces blocking rate and average request initial delay effectively.
