Dynamic batch and materials coordination technology of complex manufacturing execution

Abstract

Aiming at the demands of cooperative management on complex order batching and material logistics under variety batch production pattern, a coordination management technique of order batch and material status was presented. According to the characteristic of information inheritance and derivation in batching process, a combination way of overall batching and processing batching was put forward and a mechanism for dynamic batch management was build based on batch tree. Thus the association and status coordination for batches were achieved. To manage the dynamic combination of materials in multi-style product manufacturing workshop, a mechanism for material status and flow control was built by combining the material base code with the batch material derivative code. Through two lines of data transmission from management layer to execution layer and from execution layer to management layer, the close-cycle control of batch management and execution was built. The validity of the proposed technique was verified by an application example.
