Abstract

With the development of 5G communication technology, more and more terminal devices are accessing the mobile network, and the importance of multibeam technology in 5G communication technology is becoming more and more prominent. This article introduces a dual-band shared aperture passive lens multi-beam antenna operating in the Sub-6 band (4.5-5GHz) and the Ka band (27-30GHz) , and an implementation method of dual-band isolation is proposed. 5 radiation beams and 15 radation beams are realized in Sub-6 band and ka band respectively with a maximum gain of 10dBi for Sub-6 band and 20dBi for Ka band, covering a horizontal spatial range of ±60°. By combining the long transmission distance of the Sub-6 band with the high data rate and low latency characteristics of the Ka band, this antenna presents a highly integrated and flexible passive multi-beam solution for future 5/6G communications.
