Abstract

According to the service-oriented mind in cloud manufacturing, aiming at the relation coordination problem of coordination production in distributed zones, a kind of distributed coordination scheduling technology based on dynamic manufacturing ability service was proposed with the guidence of cloud manufacturing. Through analyzing dynamic service sharing of manufacturing resource and relation coordination problem, a general framework of coordination scheduling technology based on service manufacturing resource was established. The filtering rule considering location and ability of service resource was researched, and the job scheduling technology combined idle occupancy with inserted adjustment oriented to coordination production was formed. The automatic planning method under occupied resource was put forward to solve scheduling problems caused by limited manufacturing resource. Aiming at the frequent occurrence disturbance events in production process, time tolerate technology to reduce influence scope of production disturbance as well as dynamic scheduling adjustment technology were proposed, thus quick response treatment problem under dynamic changes of manufacturing resource service was solved. The proposed technologies were verified by examples.
