Abstract

A dispersion compensation method in Fourier domain for Lamb Wave Tomography (LWT) is depicted. The time spread of Lamb wave signals is likely to result in the overlap of echoes in time domain, which is caused by dispersion of Lamb wave propagation. This method facilitates to get wave front arrival time easier and more accurate than others before. Dispersion compensation method is a better way to incorporate dispersion influences into tomography algorithms in order to improve image quality and resolution.
