Abstract
We demonstrated a mode-locked Nd:LuVO4 laser operating at 916 nm. Using a semiconductor saturable-absorber mirror (SESAM) for passive mode locking, stable average output power of 26 mW was obtained at a repetition rate of 152 MHz.
