Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to achieve fault diagnosis for confluent planet row of power shift steering transmission. The fault character values are extracted by Hilbert spectrum through the analysis of structural features and fault characteristics. According to the different mode characteristic value distribution analysis, a fuzzy fault pattern recognition method is put forward, which experiments confirm to be valid. This method would have practical significance for implementing the diagnosis for confluent planet row of power shift steering transmission.
