Abstract

Based on the introduction of target orientation technology of networked sensor array of the network ammunition, a target acoustic/vibration acquisition test is carried out by a portable acquisition system and a computer aided analysis system for the time delay estimation of the signals is designed by virtual instrument development tools. The analysis system contains: virtual oscilloscope, virtual spectrum analyzer, virtual filter and virtual time delay analyzer. It has a good man-machine interface, which makes it be more convenient in the analysis. By the use of the system, it is easy to get better determination of the data value, which increases the accuracy of the time delay estimation. By sliding the signal smoothly through the time axis, the time delay wave changes smoothly. Therefore the peak of the actual time delay is easier to find and track even though it is not the highest peak all the time. Application reveals that, the system is helpful in the research of time delay estimation.
