Abstract

To satisfy the need of temperature control for the hot runner system, which has strong disturbance and variable structures, we have employed a STM32 microcontroller-cored temperature controller and introduced an advanced fuzzy PID control algorithm innovatively to apply to the controller combining with fuzzy control theory. This method has not only the characteristics of high precision of PID controller but also the flexible and adaptable advantages of fuzzy controller. This method can ensure the controlled object has good dynamic and steady-state characteristics. By the simulation and research, the fuzzy PID controller has the features of high anti-interference and good adaptability. The system has better control property and practical value, and it meets the requirements of the hot runner system for the temperature.
