Abstract

Around the design of test system for electric vehicle (EV) driving motor performance, an EV driving motor test stand is constructed firstly based on the analysis of vehicle driving theory, and its function is analyzed subsequently. Further, an integrated communicational construction of the test system based on the GPIB bus and CAN bus are put forward, and a communication system for this test stand is designed. The signal's feature of synchronism and consistency is considered and developed foremost during the signal acquirement and transmission in order to get exact data. Some experiments are undertaken by using this system, and its validity is proved very well.
