Abstract

The pulse LD drive circuit must be PFM, PWM and PPM in the dual laser beam fuze. According to the principle model, the square wave as trigger pulse, VMOSFET as switch circuit and DC-DC converter circuit are designed. Physical experiments and simulated by Multisim10.0 show that: the voltage pulse duration of LD is 12 ns, the rising edge is 5 ns, the frequency is 50 KHz, and the current is about 21A, all of above parameters can be modulated continuously.
