Design of laboratorial mini-system of wireless sensor network with photoelectric sensor

Abstract

A wireless sensor network laboratorial system is designed based on the nRF905 transceiver chip. A design solution is provided. How to design the laboratorial system is described, including hardware, protocol, and software. When the speed of RF communication is 19.2 kbit/s, the data are transmitted reliably between any both nodes in laboratory within 30 meters. And in open place, the distance can reach 150 meters. This scheme has many advantages, such as simple hardware design, compact software design and convenient network communication protocol design, and so on. It can be used in the field of wireless photoelectric sensor network which requires mini and low cost.
