Design of host computer platform for armored vehicle integrated test system

Abstract

Considering the background of dynamic test of armored vehicle in the field and based on integrated vehicle test system, a new host platform, which integrates acquisition, display, storage and analysis together, is designed by LabVIEW language. According to the functional requirements of the system, five functions including testing task configuration, real-time data display, offline data playback, test data management and test data analysis are designed to realize the integration of the system functions. An experimental verification environment is built on the PXI platform to validate the above mentioned functions of the host platform. Results show that the design of the host platform meets the needs of more than 200 signals test of the armored vehicle. In addition, the flexible system configuration feature, ell-integrated design and friendly visual interface provide convenience for the dynamic tests of real vehicle in the development and improvement of armored vehicles.
