Abstract
The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform for hydraulic system was conceived referring to the simulation calculation technique of hydraulic system and automation measuring technique. And the environmental parameters and control rules were simulated by the mathematical simulation which used the physical model to replace the hydraulic component that is difficult to establish mathematical models. The structure of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform and the process of establishing the mathematical simulation models, and the control system of the simulation process were emphasized. A certain hydraulic erecting system was analyzed.
