Abstract

This paper proposes a suspended ultra-wideband and low-loss delay line working in DC-110GHz. Coupled rectangular loop lines are used to generate time delay. Non-coplanar complementary slot lines can improve the return loss. Large group delay can be achieved by cell cascading. The simulation results show that the delay line has the advantages of ultra-wide band, large time delay, low loss, small size and low cost. The return loss of this delay line in DC-110GHz is basically better than 30dB, and it has a wide application prospect in radar systems and other fields.
