N2 - With the increasing number of machinery clusters, traditional service providers can't meet all the maintenance demands during the busy stage, thus it is necessary to construct high-efficiency emergency service stations to ensure continuous and reliable operation. However, in contrast, there is a lack of methods and researches on the location-allocation of emergency service stations. Motivated by the gap and based on a real-life case, we aims at the location-allocation of emergency service stations under maintenance uncertainty which contains the uncertainty of maintenance demand location and quantity. We construct a stochastic programming model with probability constraints. We use cluster analysis and simulated annealing algorithms to solve this problem. In addition, we use the actual case to verify the validity of the model and algorithm. We also get the relationship between costs and service level, which provides a solution for equipment manufacturer to make decisions.
