Abstract
We introduce mainly the design of LNA (low noise amplifier) using the theory of mismatch compensation. The design target is expanded and stability of transistor is analyzed through the K factor. Using the powerful function of the ADS (Advanced Design System) software, it introduces in detail the designing process of the desired amplifier. LNA with operating frequency from 20MHz to 3GHz is designed in this paper, and two-stage amplifier is used in the design. The other targets are noise figure less than 1.5 dB, gain more than 30 dB, gain flatness less than ±2.5 dB, voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR) less than 2:1.
