abstract = "This paper designs and implements an improved face recognition method based on Zynq-7000 platform. It presents a new platform for face recognition technology, that is, real-time face recognition technology in little car. It brings the possibility of applying face recognition technology in more new fields. This paper first introduces a typical face recognition processing algorithm, especially the PCA algorithm. Then it decomposes the algorithm to software and hardware for the heterogeneous processing features of the Zynq-7000 processing platform, and finally maps the algorithm to the Zynq-7000 processing platform by using the FPGA. The logic function accelerates the algorithm to realize real-time detection of face recognition.",
