Abstract

Based on reverse parallel structure of DBES105a Schottky diodes, a kind of W-band frequency tripler was developed by using analysis method of combining field and road. According to the measured results, the output power of the frequency tripler is above 2 dBm between 75~98 GHz and the peak output power is more than 5 dBm. The measured results of the frequency tripler are agreed well with the simulated ones, which proves the feasibility of the proposed method as well as the hybrid circuit model.
