N2 - In order to assess damage probability of anti-radiation missile warhead, a multifunction phased array radar target was analyzed, several influence factors were studied, evaluation index system was set up, and quantization level was given. In order to assess damage probability of different anti-radiation missile warhead, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive assessment were used to build evaluation model of a phased array radar. It illustrates shock damage radar. Using the evaluation method, when the damage distance of antenna is 9 m, the damage distance of shelter is 8 m, CEP is 5 m, elevation angle is 30°, and the height of explosion is 5 m, the calculated result of the weighted average value is 2.850 3, and it is medium damage according to the remark set.
