Abstract
In the original version of Figure 2, we showed some examples of chemical modification designs. In order to provide more accurate information, we changed several 2′-O-methyl (2′-OMe) modification sites with 2′-deoxy-2′-fluoro (2′-F) in the second example in Figure 2. We also slightly modified the chemical structures of inverted abasic deoxyribonucleotide (invAb). We apologize for any confusion this caused.[Formula
