Abstract

To resolve the parameter-level conflict orientation and design coordination problems in the complex product design process, guided by top-down product decomposition process, a modeling method for hierarchial association constraint network was put forward which was based on product interface parameters inheritance and association definition. By analysis on constraint transmission path of interface parameters, verification methods for consistence and integrity were put forward by taking constraint transmission path analysis as core to eliminate redundancy and constraint of association constraint in product interface. Parameters changing influence analysis method was put forward based on the association model of product interface. It realized elaborate and quantitative analysis on parameter change transmission path, propagation scope and influence degree. It provided support for rapid conflict orientation and coordination in product design process.
