Abstract
High-speed motor has the advantage of high power density and small volume. The development of power system is closely related to the development of high-speed motor. But the high-speed miniaturization of the motor also brings the corresponding heat dissipation problems, so the research on the loss and heat generation of the motor is the precondition of realizing the high-speed operation of the motor. Based on the finite element analysis, the influence of the high speed and load on the harmonic of the motor is analyzed. Existing research on controlling parameters optimization is based on the trend of relationship between single parameter and efficiency. Based on the analysis of the harmonic mathematical model by vector control, the Particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize control parameters such as carrier ratio and dead time to improve the motor efficiency simultaneously.
