    Abstract

Under the development of new work mode, we propose a new method of constructing collaborators social network model which considers both communication relations and cooperative relations between cooperators. This method uses public information on the work platform to mining the degree of community relationship between collaborators and uses these to construct the coordinators social network model. We used major open source community data to do the data experiment, proved the validity of the method. As a result, this method not only improves the connectivity of social networks, but also reflects each collaborator's role of team better.
