Abstract
To investigate and evaluate, the consistency of traction battery packs, statistical method was used to analyze the inconsistency of traction battery packs, consistent index was put forward and evaluation system was established. Advice on the battery pack maintenance was given based on this system, so the blindness of battery packing and quality evaluation was resolved at a certain extent and the service life of battery pack can be prolonged. The evaluation index and system was proved right and practical by the data from demonstrating running of electric bus fleet.
