Abstract
In order to improve the precision of alignment, the technology of segmented mirror system's computer aided alignment was studied. The model of segmented mirror system's computer aided alignment was analyzed. The reverse optimization algorithm was used to solve the misalignment. The programs of reverse optimization algorithm were written to accomplish the alignment. The 37 Zernire coefficients were used as evaluation function. When the coarse adjustment was blessed than 0.7, the misadjustment error can be obtained exactly. The result has high degree of accuracy and precision, and fulfills the actual alignment request.
