Abstract

The proteome of smooth muscle cells of human umbilical cord by offline SCX and LC-ESI-MS/MS are investigated. The MS/MS data generated by data-dependent acquisition via the ion trap was searched by the Mascot. 383 proteins were identified and characterized based on annotated component, function, and biological process by Gene Ontology (GO).
