Abstract

In Improved positioning algorithms for nonline-of-sight environments (IEEE Trans. Veh. Technol., vol. 57, no. 4, pp. 23422353, Jul. 2008), a CramrRao lower bound (CRLB) was derived for the performance of positioning algorithms for nonline-of-sight environments. In this correspondence, an error in the elements of the Fisher information matrix is pointed out and corrected. It is observed here that the paper in question provides an incorrect CRLB.
