Abstract

Two element warhead structure was isolated charged by the liquid and solid fuel. When the warhead worked, the liquid fuel and solid fuel were mixed and formed the fuel air explosive (FAE). The interior ballistic mixture mode for two element charge explosive driving was established. The functional relation between radial mixing distance and time was funded by two-phase flow theory. The function shows the mix stature of the liquid and solid. The results show that the liquid and solid fuel could reach the mixture in the large size, but it hard to mix in the small size. The total radial mixing distance of liquid-solid and the relative mixing distance could rise by decrease the size of liquid-solid unit.
