abstract = "Automatic report generation refers to the process that reports are generated automatically by using the OLE technology to call the automation object. The existing report automatic generation technology combines a fixed document template and fixed program, which greatly limits the versatility of the program. And the report generation process is always completed in the background, users cannot preview and edit the document directly in the program. In order to make the template customization and visualization output to further improve the work efficiency, this paper embed the word into the program based on OLE container technology, in which users can not only customize the template, but edit the report directly. And the data in the container view automatically synchronizes with the database through the OLE interface technology and the event response mechanism. It provides a new way of data synchronization and will highly improve the versatility and stability of the automation software.",
