Abstract

To solve the problems of difficult data real-time acquisition, difficult data organization and difficult real-time monitoring in the assembly shop floor, a dynamic and real-time visual monitoring system for assembly shop floor of complex product was presented based on workflow technology and electronic Kanban technology. The operation workflow, architecture and function structure were set up and some key techniques were explained in detail: establishment of dynamic data acquisition model based on workflow and daily business, electronic and real-time acquisition of dynamic data, establishment of dynamic data organizational model, visual monitoring of assembly shop floor based on workshop management and so on. Based on assembly workflow and daily business, the system improved the paperless and fine management for the assembly shop floor of complex product. The developed system was successfully testified in an aerospace-related manufacturing enterprise and satisfactory results were obtained.
