Abstract

Torsional vibration is an important form of vibration of vehicle driveline, which can give rise to a variety of complex vibration and noise problems. In order to study the effect of torsional vibration of a driving system on the Front-engine Rear-drive(FR) vehiclethe model of the vehicle transmission system is established to describe the torsional vibration. In order to weaken the torsional vibration of the transmission system on the natural frequency, a dynamic vibration absorber is added to the drive system model. The results show that the dynamic vibration absorber has a great effect on the optimization of torsional vibration of transmission system, and that the dynamic vibration absorber can effectively reduce torsional resonance at certain frequencies.
