Abstract

In this paper Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) is analyzed by a method. It is the mixture of the mutual impedance approach and the spectral approach. To evaluate the transmission coefficient educed from this method, we need to apply the numerical algorithm. This paper adopts the method of moments to evaluate it. Compared with other ways, this technique spends less computing time and calculates more precisely. Moreover, it can analyze multilayer FSS which has various periodic surfaces sandwiched between arbitrary dielectric slabs.
