Abstract
The cavity model method is combined with the extended inverted composition method (ICM) to calculate the impedance of rectangular plane with several circular holes. The agreement of the measured results and the calculated ones validate the presented method. Furthermore, the influence of the holes on the impedance between power and ground plane is discussed.
