Abstract

A nonlinear fracture model of reinforced concrete rotational shell was established. To deal with the stochastic nonlinear problem, an iterative statistic linearization method (ISLM) was developed. As an example, the stochastic wind response of a hyperbolic cooling tower shell was calculated. The calculated results were illustrated.
