Abstract
The load pull measurement system is a complex microwave measurement system and it is inevitably that there is a certain amount of errors for the Load Pull measurement data. The source and the influence of system error were analyzed from many aspects, such as system constituent parts, system calibrations, measurement equipment error of itself and measurement environment.
