Abstract

There are some problems in the analysis of electrical characteristics of electric explosion wire in different environments, such as inaccurate parameters, resulting in poor effect of electrical characteristics analysis of electric explosion wire. An analysis method of electrical characteristics of electric explosion wire in different environments based on the normal model was proposed. Firstly, the basic principle and structure of electric explosion wire circuit were analyzed, which laid the foundation for the subsequent analysis of electrical characteristics. Then, the electrical characteristic parameters in vacuum environment and non-vacuum environment are determined based on the analysis of circuit principles. These parameters included the current of electric explosion wire, the energy change after the wire flows through the current, the resistance value of wire, and the energy change after the change of different states of electric explosion wire. Finally, the above determined parameters were input into the normal analysis model to obtain the estimated values of electrical characteristic parameters of electric explosion wire in different environments. Meanwhile, the rationality of parameters was corrected by the least square method to complete the electrical characteristic analysis of electric explosion wire in different environments. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively analyze the electrical characteristics of electric explosion metal wires in different environments.
