Abstract
A hydraulic model is established based on an analysis of structure of the vane damper. Based on an analysis of the nonlinear character of the test bed, a data processing method on the displacement-force curve of the damper is worked out. With this method, the hydraulic parameters of the damper are identified using polynomial fitting. Comparison of the test data and the results of calculation with the fitting parameters shows that the values of fitting parameters are valid.
