Abstract

An empirical calculation method of infrared radiation for Mg/PTFE composition was established under the condition of constant-surface and reduced-surface combustion. The specific radiation energy, the linear combustion speed and the cooling time of infrared radiation after combustion were obtained from a set of experiments, and then the intensity of infrared radiation intensity was calculated and discussed.
