Abstract

In global navigation satellite system (GNSS)-based bistatic synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InBSAR) system, direct signal can be received through the back lobe of the antenna, resulting in fake permanent scatterers (PSs) in SAR images. To solve the problem, an adaptive fake PSs cancellation algorithm based on CLEAN technique is proposed. Firstly, a fake PSs cancellation model based on the bistatic SAR configuration is proposed. Then, the parameters of the back-lobe signal can be estimated by minimizing the residual energy in the area. Finally, the fake PSs are eliminated. This method can remove the fake PSs in the image without losing information of the effective PSs in the scene. The raw data is used to prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in GNSS-based InBSAR system.
