Abstract

The port-wine stains photodynamic therapy binocular surveillance system is used as an assistant surveillance of photodynamic therapy to improve therapy efficiency. The image segmentation in this system should meet some special requirements. This paper summarizes these requirements and designs an image segmentation algorithm that combines the threshold segmentation and connected component labeling. Experiments show that this algorithm can achieve the requirements of this system.
