    Abstract

The affecting factors on safety management capability for special chemical industry enterprises were extracted by investigating staff and workers for the factors in the form of question paper, the structure equation model was established by the factors to get the interaction among the factors. The factors of worker layer are taken as endogenous latent variable, the factors of team, enterprise, environment layer are taken as exogenous latent variable. The model was modified by factor loading λy, factor loading λx, parameter β, path coefficient γ, testing covariance of endogenous latent variable PHI. The results show that: team safety construction and recognition of leading group of enterprise play an important role, while safety management rules and laws, regulations and policies do not play their proper roles, operation habit and psychological quality of worker are more sensitive factors.
