Abstract

Aiming at the characteristics of rigidity difference and deformation of complex aerospace products, such problems as difficult to guarantee dimensional accuracy of parts, long adjustment time of auxiliary measurement, high requirement for operator's skill level and difficulty in realizing automatic operation of production line without interference, an adaptive machining compensation control technology based on precise adjustment of on-line detection is proposed to realize 'on-line measurement-compensation analysis-program'. Adjustment - sending out the adaptive intelligent machining with closed-loop control, which is validated by machine tool machining after simulation. The optimized program is imported into CNC machine tool for trial machining, and the effect is remarkable, which proves that the method is effective.
