A Wide-angle Scan Terahertz Band Phased Array Antenna

Abstract

In this paper, a wide-angle scan phased array architecture operated at terahertz band is proposed. The proposed design has features of grate lobe free, low mutual coupling, easy thermal management and engineering realization. Full wave analysis is carried out to verify the proposed architecture.
