Abstract

During the past one decade, a great number of substrate integrated circuits have been developed. This letter reports on a 94G band-pass filter, firstly using a specific triple cylindrical cavity structure implemented in SIW which is designed in ANSYS High Frequency Structure Simulation(HFSS) software. A transformation was built to connect the filter to the other circuit elements for its utility. The structure depends on a technology called Printed Circuit board(PCB), which is cheap enough for mass production. The result shows that a band-pass W-band filter with high performance is successfully designed.
